Nan is extremely kind, honest, and generous and also one of the hardest working people I've ever met. Nan has worked as an indispensable volunteer for the non-profit Rotary Wildfire Ready and is always there to lend a hand and give her time to help people in the community. I’m deeply grateful to her and consider her character to be exemplary.

Nan was our agent during the purchase of our home in Colorado. She offered her time and expertise in a way that no other agents were willing to do. She didn’t pressure us for exclusives or any other binding circumstances until the time was right/necessary to do so. She helped us navigate the ins/outs of the buying process and was supportive of our concerns, offering good suggestions along the way. She and I subsequently became friends during that time and have stayed in touch. She even called to check on us last Fall when there was a forest fire somewhat near our home. She is quite plainly just a lovely person. I have the utmost admiration and respect for her.

Professionally speaking I believe Nan Smith is one of the most steadfast and goal oriented realtors I have ever met. Let me give you an example: Nan is the only realtor I know who actually goes into neighborhoods, walks to residential homes, knocks on your door and actually speaks to you in person. I might add that it is not an easy task navigating the terrain in Evergreen, Colorado. I have never experienced that before. That indicates to me that she is creative and determined.

To others I would describe you as sweet, funny, and compassionate. I’m not sure that’s the order but I see those qualities regularly. I also find you very self-assured and confident in your own skin. You appear to hold family and relationships above all else, so loyalty with high standards around integrity.
